Of Myths & Men: Episode 2, the only podcast to teach you real fake things about fake real things. We discuss the hellhound. The expert on these special dogs was Velija.

Description

Main Article: Hellhound

The hellhound is a supernatural dog that serves as a guard for hell and a representative of death, and they are often controlled by a master.

Abilities

The Hellhound is very powerful in strength and speed. "Mastery" of fire, which basically means they have flaming claws, which leave scorch marks wherever they walk. This ability makes it "tough" to track, and is rather useful because you can have a hellhound step on some bread to make it toast for free. They can vary from the size of a wolf to that of a horse.

Tale

The Fight

The hellhound and the siren face off on the Super Smash Bros. map, Final Destination, in a battle to the death. The hellhound has superior strength, speed, and durability, giving it the upper hand in the fight. The siren, however, has aerial speed to out maneuver the hellhound.

With constant swoop attacks, the siren slowly beats down the hellhound scratch by scratch. The siren needs a lengthy perfect run to take out the hellhound, but it is believed the siren would make a mistake as it tires out, and the hellhound could kill it in one strike.

Addendum fight: It was debated that two sirens would fare a much better chance against the hellhound, using one as a distraction, and switching off in attacking.

Winner: Hellhound.
